Bachelor's in Philosophy from the University of Chile and Master's in Applied Political Studies. He served as head of Sebastián Piñera's digital presidential campaign and as Digital Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic of Chile. Currently, he is director of Rizoma and professor at Universidad Central, where he has led innovative projects using artificial intelligence in political communication, such as the Constitutional AI ChatBot, internationally recognized.
